Nahargarh Biological Park is a large green-land nestled comfortably in the extensive Arravali ranges of Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is a home to a vast variety of flora and fauna and aims to preserve it for the years to come. If you ever visit there, you’ll be able to see over 285 species of birds, Asiatic lions, Bengal tigers, panthers, sloth bear, Himalayan black bear, wild boar and the list goes on. They in addition offer hunting lodges and safaris.
As if this wasn’t enough, they are going to add an exotic park!
The exotic park is typically expected to be available for the tourists to visit in mid-July. The parkland will house foreign animals which are unavailable in India like Hippo, Ostrich, Zebra and more.
The exotic wildlife spot will stretch across 26 acres. The officials are working on the logistics of this park and have decided to conduct safaris in gypsy vehicles for the expeditions.
Currently, the wildlife officials are waiting eagerly for the hippo to arrive at the park.
“As soon as the Hippo arrives, the Exotic Park will be opened for tourists,” said, Jagdish Gupta, ACF, Nahargarh Biological Park, Jaipur.
When the wild life is opened, it will be a hotspot to experience a zoo, exotic park and a lion safari all at once.
When it is ready for visitors, be sure to explore this place.
The park opens at 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
The park remains shut on Tuesdays so plan accordingly!
